He is survived by: his sisters, Dixie Goucher (Michael) and Rita Patterson (Charles); his daughters, La Shea Payne (Adolph), Melissa Donald (Walne), Marie and Lynda Combs (Russell); his grandchildren, Crystal Waters, Thomas Waters, Savannah "Beans" Casey, Cody "Boomer" Bosarge, Kalynn "Ducky" Middlebrooks, Kathryn "Kat" Burns, Brianna "Bri" Malone, Erica "Flipper" Burns, Sarah "Buddha" Burns, Jocelyn (Burns) and Ryan "Opie" Malone; and his spouse Joan Manning.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Trinity Episcopal Church 1900 Dauphin Street, Mobile, AL 36606.
