He is survived by: his wife Shirley Henry-Vitale of Brentwood, CA; his brothers, William (Caroline) of Billerica, MA, Richard (Aleta Falzone) of Topsfield, MA, Robert (Mary Jane Cardillo) of Wakefield, MA and Leslie (Margaret) of Peabody, MA.; his children, Charles Jr. of Clayton, CA, Richard (Suzy) of Silver Spring, MD, Cathy Lackore (Charles) of Concord, CA and Robin of Martinez, CA.; and his stepchildren, Debbie Johnson (Douglas) of Lafayette, CA, Shelly Henry (Joe Ruscitti) of Antioch, CA and Derek Henry (Sue) of Lincoln, CA.. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and countless nieces & nephews.
