He is survived by: his wife Vibhuti; his daughters, Ashima (late Shrujal Amin), Sushma (Sanjay Raja) and Trisha (Birju Amin); his grandchildren, Radha, Jayna, Shailen, Rohan, Deven, Naaya and Niam; his siblings, Rajendrabhai and Sohiniben; and his sister-in-law Indiraben.
