It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lara Gutierrez of Brawley, California, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benito Garcia Gutierrez and Teresa Lara Gutierrez; his siblings, Socorro, Diego and Merejildo Gutierrez; and his son Joseph.
He is survived by: his children, Olivia Rodriguez (John), Gunther, Tanya and Randall Gutierrez (Randy). He is also survived by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He donated regularly to several charities.
