He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Margaret Incognito of Poway, CA, Faye Bowman, Barbara Roberts of Patrick County, Patrick Spence and Gary Spence of Patrick County; his wife Jennie Spence Brawley; his children, James Spence (Clara Padron-Spence) of Imperial and Janet Spence-Ortiz (Martin Ortiz) of Imperial; and his grandchildren, Michael Antunez, Ryan Spence, Noah Spence, Jazleigh Ortiz and Brea Spence. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
