He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kermit Berger and Kathryn Berger; his daughter Sandra "Sissy" Anderson (Berger) of Chandler; his siblings, Lagail Damron (Berger) of Duncanville and Jan Berger (Duane) of Prescott Arizona; his grandchildren, Trevor Jenkins of Las Vegas, Dylan James Jenkins of Las Vegas, Riley Ressa Cook of Lafayette, Aidan Phillip Fox of Tempe, Layla Louise Fox of Chandler and Zane Eldon Fox of Chandler, Arizona.; and his wife Louise Berger (Wilson).
