He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virgil Lewis and Gladys Lewis; his wife Cathy; his sons, Morgan (Leslie) and Forrest (Shaunte); and his grandchildren, Brayden, Riley, Brody, Skylar and Addison.
