He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Loera; and his son Kevin Gaxiola. He is survived by: his children, Sonia Muniz, Albert Gaxiola and Sean Sanchez; his granddaughters, Rebecca "Baca" Rodriguez, Erikah "Pelona" Morales and Delilah "Pulga" Muniz; his great grandchildren, Deandra Rodriguez, Kevin Rodriguez and Destiny Rodriguez; his grandson Aiden Gaxiola; his great grandchild Roxy Morales; and his grandchildren, Chase Sanchez, Cameron Sanchez and Caden Sanchez.
