He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eulogio Hernandez and Librada Hernandez; his siblings, Rose Hemminger, Mel Hernandez, Sarah Flores and Saul Hernandez; his wife Maria Hernandez; and his daughters, Sylvia Cortez, Linda Travis, Sandra Southers, Lisa Jepson and Janet Marcy. He was also cherished by 3 stepsons and 3 stepdaughters and 10 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren with 8 step-grandchildren.
