He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sons, Dennis of Reno, NV and Jason (Cori); his brother John (Betty) of Thousand Oaks, CA; his grandchildren, Gatlin, Taylor of Yelm, WA and Rylie of Bishop, CA.; and his nephews, Fred Kubik of Grand Island, NB, Dale Kubik of Stuart, NB and Uncle Bill.
