It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlan Lynch of Big Bear City, California, born in Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Edward Lynch; his stepfather Carl Burnett Sinjem; his former wife Elizabeth Kathryn Lynch; his wife Jane Marie Lynch (Yurcevich); his brother Dale Lynch; his son Gregory Lynch; his stepson Thomas Baird; and his grandson Daniel DiBenedetto.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Leonard Houser; his former wife Elizabeth Wendling; his siblings, Rita Rose (Dennis) of Rapid City, SD, Mona Murphy (Brad) of Billings, MT and Darrel Lynch of Rapid City, SD; his sister-in-law Barbara Lynch (Neumeyer); his children, Teresa Lynch, Tammy Kearn (Kevin) of Huntington Beach, CA, Susan Houser (Leonard) of Tulare, CA, Anthony Lynch (Kristin) of Enterprise, AL, Sean Lynch of Juneau, AK, Kevin Lynch and Terrance Lynch of Claremont, CA; and his stepchildren, Susan DiBenedetto (Baird) of Helendale, CA and Eddie Baird (Monique) of Tomball, TX.. He is also survived by thirty grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends and extended family.
