He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Manley; his daughter Donna Rodriguez; and his siblings, Janice and Fred. He is survived by: his son Archie Manley; his daughter-in-law Natalee Manley; his grandchildren, Krista, Andrew, Ashlee, Ambree and Jenna; his great grandchildren, Johnny, Charlee, Brelynn, Annie, Hudson and Willow; his siblings, Jane, Dennis, Alan, Clifton and Sally; and his family, Arthur and Doris.
Memorial donations are welcome in his memory in lieu of flowers.
