He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Pennell and Ruth Pennell; his brother Donn; his daughters, Ruth Ann Doneux (David) of Seattle and Allison Fish (Allen) of Berkeley, California; and his grandchildren, Jack Fish, Margot Fish and Dominic Doneux. He was also cherished by his niece, nephews and daughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation to one of Robin's favorite non-profits: Chaparral House in Berkeley, the Golden Gate Raptor Observatory, and the Wounded Warrior Project.
