He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Owens, Mrs Bruce (Veronica Stewart) and Demetria Owens of Berkeley, California.; and his siblings, Gene Owens, Julia K. Owens, Edna Mae Jamison and Glen Owens. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
