He was predeceased by: his parent Charme Butts Hedges; and his siblings, Doris Butts and Donald. He is survived by: his parent Joseph P. Hedges; his wife Darlene Hedges; his children, Pam Van Meter (Jim), Kathy Grove (Tim), Joni Murphy (Dave) and Ronnie Bartgis (Robin); and his siblings, Tommy Hedges, Nadine Walden, Darlene Brindle, Arlene Blair, Vickie Dunham and Beverly Payne. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
