He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Joan Macdonough Evans; his parents, Evan Cyfeiliog Evans Jr. and Dorothy Audrey Williams; his significant other Joan Macdonough of Portola Valley; his child Barnaby; his grandchildren, Ryan McDevitt of Seattle, Sarah McDevitt of Oakland and Andrea Drake of Mill Valley; and also, Evan and Naval.
