He is survived by: his siblings, Donna Sammons (John Glessner), Michal Ann (Robert Greeboam), Matthew Morales (Marcela) and David Sammons, Jr. (Sharon); his father David Sr.; his stepmother Janis; and his former spouse LaRhonda Odgen. He is also survived by his partners at work, his family and friends.
