He is survived by: his parents, Annabelle Marie and Francis Cruz; his brothers, Francisco Cruz and Dominic Cruz; his stepfather Dale Robbins; his stepsisters, Amber Robbins and Bethany Robbins; his sister-in-law Mandy Cruz; and his nieces, Adeline Cruz and Sienna Cruz. He is also survived by his friends; aunts; uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, there is a fund set up in Raphael's name to help his legacy live on.
