He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Precour and Holdina M. Precour; his siblings, Leonard Jr., Robert, Betty Wood, Dorothy Azevedo and Joyce Copp; and his brothers-in-law, Warren Wood, George Cetko, Tony Azevedo, Bill Earp, Robert Copp and Barry McKillips.
He is survived by: his siblings, James Precour (Betty), Barbara Cetko, Irene Seward (Robert), Marie Earp and Patricia McKillips; his close friend Nina Tom of Vallejo; and also Paul. He is also survived by her family, and many nieces and nephews.
