She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon. She is survived by: her children, Diann Smith (John), Roxann Sparks (Rick), Carrie Dounias (Frank), Sally St (David), George and Jill Perry. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

The family prefers donations to the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
