(Pamela) and Catherine Smith; his siblings, Paul Schulz and Suzanne Ramirez; his grandchildren, Cameron Schulz, Tabatha Gill (Jeff) and Samantha Smith; and his great grandchildren, James Nolan Gill and Michael Bush.
