She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph King and Josephine King (Gonzales); her brother Ralph King; her son Steven Hathaway; and her nephew Jeff King.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Shipley, Michele Joyce (Hamblin) and Phillip "Bud" Hathaway; her nephew Brian King; her great-nephew Matthew King; her great-niece Addison King; and her granddaughters, Julianne and Emily. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
