He is survived by: his wife Janis; his sons, Scott and Brad Fisk; his sisters, Ronda Madrid and Sharon Hughes; his grandchildren, Anthony, Alena, Bradlee, Kaylee and Niko; and his great grandchildren, Mavrick, Nixon, Lux, Olivia and Jayce.
