She is survived by: her children, Irish, Rick Perez (Janet), Linda Perla (Bill), Julie O'Shea (Dan), John Perez (Colleen), Erik, Jesse Perla, Tiffany Perez, Megan Pickinpaugh, Kenny, Amber O'Shea, Chris and Alex Parez; and her great grandchildren, Keegan, Gavin, Claira McDaniel, Sydney Pickinpaugh, Sophia, Marissa and Freya Perla.
Family prefers donations to St. Jude's Hospital.
