He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marcelo Garcia and Juana Zuniga; his siblings, Irene, Rosa, Trinidad, Basilia, Amalia, Hermalina, Belen, Gricelda, Julian, Lorenzo and Jose Enrique Garcia; his wife Juana Larios; his daughter Martha; his grandson Julian; his sons, Cesar and Alberto; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Oscar W, Oscar G, Christian, Karena and Isabella. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
