She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Stratton and Helen Stratton of Port Jervis, NY.; her husband Richard Neely (Dick); her children, David Neely of Rancho Mirage, CA, Andrew Neely (Lori) of Austin, TX and Amy Carpenter (Matt); her grandchildren, Mitchell, Christine and Robert Carpenter of Yucaipa, CA.; and her siblings, Mary Gregory of Mukilteo, WA, Sarah Gerle (Fred) of Port Jervis, NY, Fred Stratton (Jean) of Wurtsboro, NY and Susan Curtis (Joe) of Port Jervis, NY. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
