He is survived by: his mother Candyce Beard; his grandparents, Dana Beard and Keith Beard; his aunts and uncles, Kasey, Khouri, Tasha, Christopher and Keith; and his cousins, Desmond Jr., Brandon, Gabrielle and Leilani.

In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that friends and family consider donating blood at appropriate sites.
