It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tom Foster (Barstow, California), who passed away on October 30, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Theodore P. Foster, Thomas W. Foster and Theresa P. Foster; and his grandson Casey T. P. Ransom. He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Foster and Darthula Foster; his wife Betty Lou; his former wife Patricia Foster; and his children, Karla Wilkinson (Kevin), Tonia Foster (Leon), Tracy Foster, Timothy Foster (Lisa) and Gerry Schultz (Brigitte). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grand-children, and a large host of family and friends.
