He was predeceased by: his son Tobias Padilla (Louie); his grandson Elias Tobias Padilla; and his siblings, Manuel, Jose, Herman and Lovelia.
He is survived by: his wife Laura Quiroz Padilla; his children, David Padilla (Barbara), Henrietta Miranda (Richard), Cindy Padilla, Glory Padilla (Louie), Bernandette Boenker (David) and Monica Pequeno (Raymond); his stepdaughter Renee Sellers; his siblings, Aurelio, Tomas and Virgie; and his sister-in-law Ruth Garcia (John). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren.
