He is survived by: his wife Silvia; his children, Regina Torrez, Nuria Drum (Kenneth), Gabriel Torrez (Deseree) and Alberto "A. J." Torrez; and his siblings, William (Beth), Michael, Alicia, Annabelle (Michael) and Rosemarie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Mt. View Cemetery (37067 Irwin Rd, Barstow, CA 92311).
