He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Cobb and Harry Lee Cobb. He is survived by: his wife Freda; his sister Sue Hoffmann; his children, Robert Cobb II, James Cobb, Melissa Cobb-Carneiro and Brian Cobb; and his stepchildren, Elizabeth Rincon, William Foster, Chris Reynolds and Lynda Rosas. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22596 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518).
