He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Josephine Marquez (Gonzalez) and Francisco Josephine; his stepmother Margarita; his brother Francisco Jr.; and his half-sister Virginia.

He is survived by: his wife Josephine Alvarez; his children, Lawrence Marquez and Laurie; his siblings, Robert, Maria and Lupe; and his siblings-in-law, Neil and Ilse. He is also survived by seven Grandchildren, one Great-Grandchild.
