He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Osborn and Sadie Osborn (Young); his siblings, David and Wilma; and his former wife Lorrie.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; and his godchild Beverly. He is also survived by coworkers and friends.
Masks are required at both locations and attendance is limited per Covid guidelines.
