He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Nieman and Betty Nieman. He is survived by: his wife Purita Nieman; his brother Gary Nieman; his son Tom Nieman-Morlan; and his stepchildren, Aurora Lyn Riesland and Joshua Greene. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 Great grandchildren.
