He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Nikkel and Lillian Nikkel; and his daughter Chris Walker. He is survived by: his children, Denise Evans (Bill), Doug Nikkel (Shelia) and Sheri McGrath (Susan); and his stepsons, Mike Verdetto, Marco Verdetto and Mario Verdetto (Brandie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren.
