He was predeceased by: his parents, Eusebio R. Maya II and Evangelina R. Maya; and his brother Eusebio Maya III. He is survived by: his sister Yolanda E. Maya Brown; his brother-in-law Cleo A. Brown; his brother David R. Maya; his niece Elizabeth Draser; his nephew Charlie Weaver; and his great-nephew Jordan Draser.
