It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Bernice Lewis (Barstow, California), born in Jerome, Arizona, who passed away on October 10, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sister Joyce Alexander; and her nephew Richard Newman. She is survived by: her parents, Billy Hicks and Evelyn Hicks; her husband Tom Lewis; her son Michael Lewis; and her nephews, Ronald Newman and Randy Newman.

In lieu of flowers and food donation, the family ask donations be made in Carol's name to the Barstow Humane Society.
