It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beatrice Starr Mattingly (Barstow, California), who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hailey and Mary Ellen Hailey; and her siblings, Leslie, Mcgregory, Willie and Alma.

She is survived by: her children, Hailey Arellanes (Joshua) and Robert Mattingly (Laura); her grandsons, Julian, Ezra and Thomas; and her siblings, Robert, Chester, Barney and Athena. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
