He was predeceased by: his parents, William Shepard and Roberta Shepard. He is survived by: his sisters, Emma "Boolie" Meshack and Betty Pellum; and his children, Kendra Beltran, Kathy Ingram, Stephanie Rogers, Gail Williams, Ray Shepard Jr. and Cortney Shepard.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (332 N Allen St, Banning, CA 92220). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, March Air Reserve Base, CA 92518).
