He is survived by: his mother Linda Ward-Anguiano; his children, David Jason Smith, Aliah Smith and Jerren Smith; his father David Lee Smith Sr.; his siblings, Javonna Smith and Luis Anguiano; and his grandparents, Dave Smith Jr., Lizzie Hawkins, Gladys and William Holmes. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
