She was predeceased by: her husband Peter Ruiz; her parents, Marinciana Sabachio Lyons and William Lyons; and her sisters, Vivian Leo Salgado, Dominga Toro and Florence Torres.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlene Seeley, Janice Flowers and Marian Ruiz; her brothers, Florian Lyons, Fernando Checkie Lyons and William Lyons Jr.; and her children, Wesley Ruiz, Norman Ruiz and Elaine Bova. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 65 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren.
