He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Neal and Sarah Neal; his wife Mary Belle Neal (Washam); his siblings, Patricia Meehan and Kaye Neal (Connie) of Green Valley, AZ.; his children, Kenneth Rae Neal (Peggy) of Apple Valley, Vicki Lynette Powell (Neal) of Apple Valley and Jeri Dee Reed (Neal); his stepson Lawrence Dale Mangiapane (Pam) of Apple Valley; his grandchild Kristofer Anthony Powell; and also, Brian and Cathy Andrews. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
