He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Nolberto Ruiz and Mary Ruiz; his wife Esther; his children, Stephen, Michael, Yvonne, Peggy, Julie and Veronica; and his sisters, Jessie and Margaret. He was also cherished by grandchildren 9-great grandchildren.
