He was predeceased by : his parent Nicolasa Chavarria. He is survived by : his father Fermin Chavarria; his son Alexray Angel and his daughters, Emily Guadalupe, Jayline, Sherlyn Samantha; and his siblings, Juan, Nicolas, Mauro, Miguel, Juana, Maria, Felipa and Teresa.
