She was predeceased by: her parents, Ty Van Pham and Ngoc Thi Nguyen; and her son Saroeun Ngien. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Ngien; her children, Savanna Sum (Paul Sum), Julie Ngien (Andy Truong), Savannary Ho and Leslie Harmon; and her grandchildren, Bellinger Ngien, Brandon Sum, Bradley Sum, Cindy Ngien (An Le), Wendy Ngien, Jennifer Ho and Jenibelle Ho.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westminster Memorial Park & Mortuary (14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Westminster Memorial Park and Mortuary (14801 Beach Blvd, Westminster, CA 92683).
