He is survived by: his great-nephews, Anthony and Landon; his siblings, Bill Johnson of Iowa, Edward Kennedy of Arizona and Gail Browning (Paul) of California; his children, Saryn Kennedy and Shakota Kennedy; his niece Jessica Brannigan; and his cousin Sherri Barber. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and two great Nephews.
