She was predeceased by: her parents, David Smithee and Nola Smithee (Farrow); her husband Garland Breazeale; and her siblings-in-law, George Breazeale and Patricia Wiley.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Oldham (Michael) and Dwaine Breazeale (Deborah); her grandson Jason Breazeale (Trina); her children, Trishia Medema (Steve), Mindy Bright (David), Kimberly Reynolds (Chris), Jeffrey Breazeale (Katie), Ashley Breazeale and Jennifer Breazeale; and her sisters-in-law, LaVonne Breazeale and Carolyn Michael. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Garrett Family Funeral Home & Cremation Service (311 SW 2nd St, Checotah, OK 74426).
