He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Tiner and Hattie Tiner; and his children, Phillip Tiner and Saundra Joiner. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Earl and Pat; his great grandchildren, David, Steve and Tim; his sister-in-law Phylis; his wife Loretta Tiner; his grandson Phillip LeVasseur (Lindsay Burch); his daughter Isabella; his granddaughter Leslie Penner (Jarrod Penner); his great grandchildren, Luke and Graham Penner; and his brother George Tiner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Peters Funeral Home - Wasco (1401 7th St, Wasco, CA 93280). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Wasco Cemetery (300 Leonard Ave, Wasco, CA 93280).
