As Natasha departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Natasha may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Natasha leaves behind.
She is survived by: her husband Vincent Sims; her parents, Luna Kassas and George Dabul; her sisters, Latanya (Minoshka) and Minoshka Dabul; her pets, Aurora and Lilo; and also George. She is also survived by her mother and sisters, her family and close friends.
After completing her book, Natasha participated in Relay for Life Bakersfield and sold copies of her book and plants she made with her mom to donate the proceeds to sarcoma cancer research.
