He was predeceased by: his parents, Felimon Baculo Manibo (Ursula Abe Manibo) and Batangas. He is survived by: his wife Belen; and his children, Marlene, Marcelo Jr. and Maribel. He is also survived by 8 siblings.
In lieu of flowers, we are accepting donations to his former elementary school in Malimatoc, Mabini, Batangas, Philippines.
